DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 SEPTEMBER

2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE '

WHEREAS, Thursday, 07 September 2017. marks the 77" Charter Anniversary and 446" Foundation Year of the City of Cavite; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 07 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.
