DECLARING 28 DECEMBER 1993 AS nAGEN NA URBIZTONDOn AND A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF URBIZTONDO, PANGASINAN WHEREAS, 28 December 1993 marks anniversary of the Municipality of Province of Pangasinan; the 141st Urbiztondo founding in the WHEREAS, the event as well as the founding fathers and leaders of the locality led by Governor General Antonio de Urbiztondo should be accorded with appropriate recognition; and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that former and present residents of the Municipality be given full opportunity to celebrate said anniversary with appropriateceremonies and activities, as well as to trace their roots and renew family ties.
