WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGRAS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS. Josefa Lianes Escoda, a World War || Heroine and the Founder

of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, was born on 20 September 1898 in Dingras, Ilocos Norte:

WHEREAS. the Municipality of Dingras, ilocos Norte marks the birth anniversary of Josefa Llanes Escoda on Wednesday, 20 September 2017: and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of

Dingras, llocos Norte, be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies
