PROCLAMATION NO. 302

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR PATAGUELEG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PENABLANCA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON .

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other forms of disposition and reserve for school site purposes of the Patagueleg Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Pefiablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 4314, Pls-793

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 4314, Pls-793) as surveyed for Patagueleg School Site, situated in the Barrio of Patagueleg, Municipality of Pefiablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2 by Forest Zone; on the N., along lines 2-3 by Lot 733, Pls-793, Francisco Tamayao H.V. 29829, OCT No.-1037; on the E., along lines 3-4 by Lot 754, Pls-793; on the S., along lines 4-1 by Lot 733, Pls- 793, Francisco Tamayao H.V. 29829.

Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being N. 00-20°E., 4,772.62 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-793, thence;

N. 44-26’ W., 126.32 m. to point 2; N. 86-05°W., 166.60 m. to point 3; S. 00-43’ E., 122.78 m. to point 4; N. 81-59’ W., 80.00 m. to point 1;

point of beginning, containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY THREE (12,463) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: all points by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearing true. Date Survey on June 20, 1961 and that survey was executed by G. E. M. Soriano and was approved on September 17, 1976.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
