BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NQ. 303

DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1988, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN BAGUIO CITY.

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 1, 1988, marks the 79th anni- versary of the charter of Baguio City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Baguio City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, CORAZON C, AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, September 1, 1988, as a special holiday in Baguio City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
