WIRHEAS, it is essential and important thet the people in that province be afforded the opportunity CO eiercise their rirht te votes

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAD b. MarkCOS, Prosident of the Philippines, by virtuu of the powers vested ia ve by lew, and upon reconnendction of the Comission vu tiections, and pursuant to the provision of Section B of tlic Ruvyised Election Code, do hereby postyune the holding of the rerular eluetions scheduled for Mevenber 14, 1967 in Mountain Province to Nevonbér 18, 1967.
