DECLARING MT. KALATUNGAN RANGE SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TALAKAG, VALENCIA, MARAMAG AND PANGANTUCAN, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON AS A PROTECTED AREA AND ITS PERIPHERAL AREAS AS BUFFER ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS MT. KALATUNGAN RANGE NATURAL PARK

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Mt.

Kalatungan Range which is a parcel of land situated in the Municipalities of Talakag, : Valencia, Maramag and Pangantucan, Province of Bukidnon as Protected Area under the °3 category of Natural Park, subject to private rights, and without prejudice to the right of oe
