DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVOTAS, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Thursday, January 16, 2003, marks the 97" year Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Navotas;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book |, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, January 16, 2003, as a special day in the Municipality of Navotas.
