BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 305

DECLARING MONDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG

WHEREAS, the City of Tacurong marks its 17" Cityhood Anniversary and the Talakudong Festival 2017 on Monday, 18 September 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 18 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong.
