MALACANAN~ MANILA J.AF J 'lIO PROCLAMATION NO. 306 DECLARING A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCES OF CATAN- DUANES, ALBAY AND CAMARINES SUR AND THE CITIES OF NAGA AND LEGASPI WHICH SUFFERED HEAVILY DUE TO THE ADVERSE EFFECTS OF TYPHOON "MONANG" I, FI DEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare a state of public calamity in the provinces of Catanduanes, Albay and Camarines Sur and the Cities of Naga and Legaspi which suffered heavily due to the adverse effects of typhoon "Monang". All departments and other government agencies concerned are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and rehabilitation work in accor- dance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in connection with calamities.
