PROCLAMATION NO. 306

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2012, AS A laren (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, the City of Navotas marks the commemoration of 106" Foundation Day anniversary on Monday, 16 January 2012:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA. JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
