BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 307

RESERVING CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN DIPOLOG CITY AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR FORE- SHORE DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, |, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve as civil reservation for foreshore development purposes under the administration and management of the City Government of Dipolog, subject to actual survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Central Barangay and Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND, described on plan Mr-09-00027, situated in Central Barangay and Barangay Miputak, City of Dipolog. Bounded on the North by adjacent of portion of foreshore area of Barangay Barra; on the East, by titled private properties, on the South by mouth of Miputak Creek; on the West by Sulu Sea. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the Foreshore Development Map hereto attached as integral part, being N. 22-04’W. 63.03 meters from BLLM 1, Cad. 85, Dipolog Cadastre, thence:
