PROCLAMATION NO. 307

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the City of Batangas marks the feast day of its patron saint, Sto. Nifto on Monday, 16 January 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
