MALACANA~ MANILA fv1f~ f/f2 PROCLAMATION NO. 308 DECLARING 3 MARCH 1994 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE WHEREAS, 3 March founding anniversary of and Thursday,Province of marks the camarines 1994, the 75thNorte; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the residents in the Province of Camarines Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate said anniversary with appropriate ceremonies andactivities. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
