PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, Friday, May 19, 2000, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Sarangani;

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Sarangani desire to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book L Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, May 19, 2000, as a special day in the Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOPF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
