WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas marks the 152" birth anniversary of General Miguel Maivar on Wednesday, 27 September 2017, and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Maivar, Batangas. be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropnate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas
