WHEREAS, Wednesday, 18 January 2012, marks the 220" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa
Rosa, Laguna be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
