DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOBO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

ee WHEREAS, the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas, marks the celebration of its 146" Founding Anniversary on Wednesday, 27 September 2017; and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas. be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President. RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas
