PROCLAMATION NO. 309

DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINGYON, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO

WHEREAS, on 12 September 2023, Tuesday, the Municipality of Hingyon, Province of Ifugao will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Hingyon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 12 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Hingyon, Province of Ifugao.
