CALLING THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES IN SPECIAL SESSION

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, I, SERGIO OSMEIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby call

• the Congress of the Philippines in special session for a period of seven working days, beginning from the 15th day of December, 1945, ab 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of consider- “tng legislation on the rehabilitation of the Philippine banks and the adjustment of creditor and debtor relationships during the period of the occupation of the Philippines by the Japanese forcess

All persons entitled to sit as members of the Congress of the Philivpines are requested to take notice of this proclama~ tion. ;
