_ Pursuant to the powers vested in we by 1l-w, and the anterest of the national defense so Tequiring, IT, FERDINAND @ MARCOS, do hereby revoke Proclanation No. 2465, dated May 1964, and declare the land embraced therein reverted to Military reservation otherwise known as Fort Willian icKinley (now Fort Andres Bonifacic) established under eroclamation No. 425, dated July 12, 1957.
