M.;:IJ Q' MALACANANGManila. . p ~ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 31 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER 20 TO 26, RESOURCES MANAGEMENT WEEK" 1992, AS "HUMAN WHEREAS, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will hold its 28th National Conference on September 23 to 25, 1992 at Iloilo City; WHEREAS, this year's Conference theme is "HANDS-ON-HRM CRITICAL ISSUES, PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS" and will be attended by human resources management experts and practitioner from allover the country; WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention to the significance of the occasion and the resources manag.ement: NOW,- THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from September 20 to 26, 1992, as "Human Resources Management Week" under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.
