DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL ,

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 21 September 2016, marks the 445! Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of ithe Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR Cc. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal. '
