• MALACANA:NG Manila /'tip t> !2D BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 310 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE NINE (9) MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF CAPIZ WHEREAS, the Secretary of National Defense as Chairman of the National Disaster Coordinating Council recommended that the nine (9) municipalities in the Province of Capiz be declared under a state of calamity due to the adverse effects of typhoon "Saling". NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the existence of a state of calamity in the Municipalities of Cuartero, Dao, Dumarao, Ma-ayon,Mambusao, Panitan, Pilar, Pontevedra, and Sigma in the Province of Capiz.
