PROCLAMATION NO. 310

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa marks the feast day of its patron saint, St. Sebastian on Friday, 20 January 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2012, as a special (non-working) “ay in the City of Lipa.
