PROCLAMATION NO. 341

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SALVADOR, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, |, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Salvador Central School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Salvador, Province of Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 2885-B, Csd-12-001633 (SALVADOR CENTRAL SCHOOL)

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 2885-B, Csd-12-001633, a portion of Lot 2885, equivalent to Lot 8116, Pls-13, Isla Public Land Subdivision, situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Salvador, Province of Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1044, Pls-13; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 1045, Pls-13; on the NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Road, and on the SE., along line 6-1 by Lot 2885-A, Cad-12-001633.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 62 deg. 12’E., 239.50 from BLLM No. 96, thence:
