BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 312

DECLARING SATURDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, Saturday, 30 September 2017, marks the 17” Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 30 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of

Masbate.
