BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 312

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 13 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVER, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 126 which was approved on 13 September 1955 created the Municipality of Claver;

WHEREAS, on 13 September 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary (Adlaw Nan Claver);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Claver be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 13 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte.
