BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 313

RESERVING FOR SLUM IMPROVEMENT AND RESETTLEMENT (SIR) PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THs PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AWUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for slum improvement and resettlement program under the administration and disposition of the National Housing Authority, subject to private rights if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at New Matina, Davao City, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
