PROCLAMATION NO, 314

DECLARING SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1988, AS "IRIGA CITY DAY",

WHEREAS, Saturday, September 3, 1988, marks the 20th Charter Anniversary of lriga City; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accom- plishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, September 3, 1988, as "Iriga City Day".

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
