PROCLAMATION NO. 314+ DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 4, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CADIZ CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 4, 2000, marks the 33rd Charter Day anniversary of Cadiz City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Cadiz City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of :s the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book [, Chapter 7, Section 27, of °° the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 4, 2000, as a special : day in Cadiz City. °
