EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE BONTOC TOWNSITE A CERTAIN PORTION THEREOF SITUATED AT BARANGAY POBLACION, BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS-DIVISION OFFICE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested :in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Bontoc Townsite under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Government of Mountain Province, a certain portion thereof and further reserving the same for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports-Division Office, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 3-L-1, Bsd-2115 Amd., being a portion of Lot 3-L, Bsd-2115 (Bontoc Townsite) situated at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Bontoc, ; Province of Mt. Province, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2; on the W., along lines 2-3-4, on the NW., ' along line 4-5, on the NE., along lines 5-6-7, on the SE., along lines 7-8-9-10-11-1 by Lot ‘
