BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 315

DECLARING FRIDAY, 08 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL

WHEREAS, on 08 September 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol will celebrate the SidlaKasilak Festival or the festival of lights displaying the rich and unique cultural heritage of the town;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Loon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 08 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol.
