BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. = 316

DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 20, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, Monday, January 20, 2003, the City of Lipa celebrates its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint St. Sebastian;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 20, 2003 as a special day in the City of Lipa.
