DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN
WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 12, 2003, marks the 5 Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, |, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 12, 2003 as a special day in the City of Kidapawan.
