BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 317

DECLARING TUESDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 26 September 2023, Tuesday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 163" Pueblo Day (Charter Day);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 26 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
