BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 319

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat, will mark the celebration of its 66" Founding Anniversary and the 10 Hamungaya Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 30 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
