DROLANTNG MONDAY, MAY 2, 1966, AS ABAD SANTOS MEMORTAL DAY, WHEREAS, Monday, May 2, 1966, marks the twenty-— fourth anniversary of the martyrdom of the late Chief Wustice Jose Abad Santos; and
