BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 32

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Monday, September 7, 1992, marks the 52nd Charter Anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimu- diate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the; Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, September 7, 1992, as a special day in the City of Cavite.
