MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 370 DECLARING MARCH 1-7, 1965, AS "WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION WEEK" WHEREAS, the period from March 1 to 7, 1965, coincides with the second National Conference on Workmen's Com­ pensation; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to focus attention on the bene­ ficent social legislations designed to protect workers and to make management and labor compensation-conscious; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from March 1 to 7, 1965, as Workmen's Compensation Week under the auspices of the Bureau of \Vorkmen'.s Compensation. I urge all officials, citizens, unions, and residents to cooperate in making the Week a success.
