WHERWAS, the Research Fowidation in Philippine Authropolowy and Archeology is a non-profit srranization dedicsted to the propagation and preservation of Philippine culture, awards scholarships ond fellowships, finances field research in anthropolory anf archoclosy, one spoisers various cultural projects;

WHERRAS, onc of its projects this yerr, in cooperation with tlhe Chinese movernnent, is an exhibition of Chinese artifnocts snd porcelain found in tlic Philivypines; aud

WIukEAS, tiie Foundttion newds the support of the public far its various culturnl and histories] projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E.
