DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA
WHEREAS, Friday, February 14, 2003, marks the 5" Charter Anniversary of the City of Valenzuela;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 14, 2003, as a special day in the City of Valenzuela.
