TABUK, KALINGA-APAYAO, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLA- CION, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO !SLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XII of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, Preeident of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the Municipal Government ofTabuk, Kalinga-Apayao, as MUNICIPAL COMPOUND SITE PURPOSES, subject t( private rights, if any there be, a certain ?arcel of land ot the public domain, situated inpoblacion, Munici~ pality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1639, Pls.-93, Case I), situated at poblacion, Tabuk, Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., SE., and SW., along lines 1-2-3 and. 4, by BarangayRoad; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Proposed Provincial Road (60.00 meters wide). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. , 30 deg. 14'W., 845.44 meters from BLLM No. 20, Laya Public Land Subdivision, Tabuk, Kalinga-Apayao; Thence 2; 3 ;4;1 ; S. 81 deg., 23' E., 156.68 m. to pointS. 08 deg., 37' W., 238.73 m. to pointN. 81 deg., 23' W., 156.68 m. to point N. 08 deg., 37' E., 238.73 m. to point point of beginning.
