BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 321

DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Monday, February 3, 2003, marks the 53% Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 3, 2003 as a special day in the City of Cabanatuan.
