BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 321

DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, 12 February 2012 marks the 14" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Kidapawan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlungsod requested that Friday, 10 February 2012 instead of 12 February, 2012 which falls on a Sunday, be declared as a special non-working day:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 10 February 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
