BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 322

DECLARING MONDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUPI, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 11 September 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 70 Founding Anniversary and the 14" Agten Tufi Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 11 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato.
