BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 323

DECLARING MONDAY, 09 OCTOBER 2017 AND FRIDAY, 27 OCTOBER 2017, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAYS IN THE CITY OF ANGELES

WHEREAS. the City of Angeles marks the opening day of the Kuliat Festival (Fiestang Kuliat) and the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan, a festival which symbolizes the resilience of the people during the Mt. Pinatubo eruption, on 09 October 2017

and 27 October 2017, respectively, and

WHEREAS. in order for the people of the City of Angeles celebrate and participate in these events, the City Mayor has requested that 09 October 2017 (Monday) and 27 October 2017 (Friday) be declared as special non-working days;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare 09 October 2017 and 27 October 2017 as special (non-working) days in the City of

Angeles
