RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF MAGTU-OD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SIFUATED IN BARANGAY MAGTU-OD, CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, {, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Magtu-od Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), subject to private rights, if any there be. certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barsagay Magtu-od, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NW., and SE., along lines 1-2-3-4 by H-143575; on the SW., along line 4-1 by H-155147.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 33 deg. 21 W., 3771.09 m. from BLLM No. 21, Cad 102; thence

N. 23 deg. 39°E., 99.76 m. to point 2; S. 73 deg. 24’E., 200.93 m. to point 3; S. 24deg. 33°W., 100.00 m. to point 4; N. 73 deg. 24’W., 199.20 m. to point 1,

containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TEN (19,810) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All comers are “old PLS” Cyl. conc. Mons. 15x60 cm. Bearings true. Date of original survey February 1916 to May 1920; Date of subdivision survey; August 22, 1997; Surveyed by Geodetic Engineer Moises N. Miranda, and approved on December 11. 1997.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-aliena>le and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienabie by proclamation of the President.
