DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, the City of General Santos marks its 64" Foundation Anniversary and Kalilangan Festival on Thursday, February 27, 2003;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 27, 2003, as a special day in the City of General Santos.
