MAI.ACANANU Manila f,{'f tJ ) BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.327 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 481, DATED NOVEMBER 4, 1939, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MANIKI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE RESERVA- TION IN THE BARANGAY OF MANIKI, MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natura Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 481, dated N, vember 4, 1939, wh.';.ch established the Maniki Elementary School site reserva- tion in the Barangay of Maniki, Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao del Norte, Island o Mindanao, by exclud- ing from its operation a portion of the land embraced there- in and reserving the same for school site purposes of the Kapalong Nat';onal High School, under the admjnistration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: Lot lll-B, Csd-ll-010313-D identical to Lot 5905, Cad. 284 (Kapalong National High School) A PARCEL dF LAND Lot Ill-B, Csd-ll-Ol0313-D identical to Lot 5905, Cad-284, situated in the Barangay Maniki, Municipality of Kapalong, Pro- vince of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northwest along line '10-11 by Lot Ill-A, Csd-ll-Ol0313-Di on the Northeast along lines 11-1-2-3-4-5-6 by existing road right of way (6 meters wide) portion of Lot .III-A, Csd-ll- Ol0313-D; on the Southeast along lines 6-7-8-9 by Lot Ill-A, Csd-ll-Ol0313-D.
